To our very valued community. We wanted to let you know our Prices have risen on the 1st July 2026 we emailed all customers who subscribe to our emails on 1st June and posted about this on our Social Media.

This wasn’t an easy decision, and we want to be completely transparent with you about why it’s happening. It has been a commercial decision we’ve been putting it off for many months, hoping we could continue to absorb the rising costs we're seeing across our supply chain, from essential oils and plant oils to natural waxes, butters and packaging. However, as a small independent business, there comes a point where doing so is no longer sustainable.

I know this isn't welcome news, and we completely understand that.

We’ve worked really hard to carefully review every product and worked hard to keep any increases to the absolute minimum necessary. Wherever possible, we've continued to absorb costs ourselves.

What won't change is our commitment to creating beautifully crafted aromatherapy blends by hand in our Yorkshire studio. Every candle, diffuser, bath salt and bottle of oil is still made with the same care, attention and respect for both people and planet that Chapter was founded upon.
