Subscription Terms and Conditions

·        Welcome to your Subscription. You will 15% off your orders for all valid products

·        The subscription discount is not eligible for further discounts

·        You can cancel your repeat subscription after your 2^nd order is processed and received

·        You will receive notifications from our Subscription software ‘Recharge’ when your subscription is due to be processed

·        Please ensure your notifications are turned on

·        We will email you to confirm your first order

·        We will email you 5 days before your order is due to renew, you can pause or cancel your subscription within 2 working days of renewal by using the portal

·        You will receive a notification by email if you have successfully cancelled your subscription

Subscription Cancellations 

Please note our Subscription software send all customer reminder emails regarding their subscriptions 5 days before your Subscription renews. If you forget to cancel your subscription and your order has already been processed, we’re unable to issue a refund once items are dispatched. If we're able to intercept your parcel and ensure it doesn't leave our packing warehouse we may be able to ensure it doesn't leave and refund your charge, your refund would be minus the packing & shipping charge.  However, if you return unopened products within 14 days, we’ll issue a store credit to use toward a future purchase. Please return to our Studio with your dispatch note so we can track your order RETURNS, Chapter Organics, The Barn, Hall Mews, Clifford Road, Boston Spa, lS23 6DT.
