CHRISTMAS Shipping Information
Please note our last order date for shipping before Christmas is 12pm Friday 10th December.

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. We aim to ship sooner when possible.

Free Shipping: Available on one-time purchases over £60 (after discounts) via Royal Mail Economy 48-hour service UK Mainland

Next Day Delivery: £7.50 via DPD (UK mainland). Orders placed after 12pm/weekends/bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

Economy Delivery: £5.50 via Royal Mail 48 hours

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday.

Tracking: All orders are fully trackable. You will receive email and text updates.

Non-Mainland UK: Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hours with tracking provided and are £6 this includes; Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey

International: We do not ship outside the UK.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a separate email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Cancellations & Returns
Non-Faulty Items

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Subscription orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled but may be returned if the box is unopened.

Returns accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Products purchased with a discount will be refunded at the adjusted price.

Gift items can only be returned by the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 1 week of delivery.

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days for review.

Our team will assess and offer a refund or exchange within 30 days.

Please note: Items from stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Subscription Cancellations
Please note our Subscription software send all customer reminder emails regarding their subscriptions 5 days before your Subscription renews. If you forget to cancel your subscription and your order has already been processed, we’re unable to issue a refund once items are dispatched. However, if you return unopened products within 14 days, we’ll issue a store credit to use toward a future purchase.
