2025 shipping price update: Please note there has been a price increase on shipping and free shipping inline with an increase in charges from our Couriers in 2025. Thanks so much for your understanding.
- Please allow 2 working days for your item to be dispatched from our packing warehouse, we do try and turn this around faster when possible.
- Free Shipping over £80.00 with our economy 2-5 day shipping Courier. Yodel. This only applies to one time purchases and not subscriptions.
- To qualify for Free Shipping you need to spend £80.00 minimum, any discounts you've added on must ensure £80.00 is the min threshold.
- Shipping is £7.50 for next day DPD tracked delivery UK mainland if orders are placed after 12pm DPD will go next day
- Shipping is £5.50 with our Economy 2-5 day service from our Courier Yodel
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday
- All orders are shipped with our Courier Service DPD and Yodel 2-5 working day and are fully trackable you will receive email and text alerts
- For orders not in the British Mainland we use Royal Mail and will send tracking details.
- We do not ship overseas

When will my order reach me and how much is delivery?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation and Returns
Non Faulty Products
We hope you are happy with your Chapter Organics purchase. If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you can do so any time before we process your order. If your order has been processed we may not be able to cancel your order.
If you have a subscription product that has already pulled through onto our systems, we will not be able to cancel this. You can return your product to us at RETURNS, chapter organics as long as the box is unopened and we will exchange or refund this for you within 2 weeks of informing us.
At Chapter Organics we hope you're really happy with your order, however we accept returns within 14 days provided the products are unused, unopened and are in their original condition in the original packaging. In these circumstances we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) within 30 days. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product, the product has not been opened and product and it has not been used, damaged and the product is in its original packaging and is in a re-saleable condition.
7. If you bought the product from one of our stockists please contact them directly.
8. Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser.
9. When returning goods which you brought using a discount or offer we adjust the refund accordingly.
10. Please email hello@chapterorganics.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back to us and we will happily assist you.
11. If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged/faulty then unfortunately you will need to pay for the cost of postage as we are a small business. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit we advise you to wrap the products securely and provide proof of postage. Faulty Products/Other rights to return
12. In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products where there has been an error in the price or they are not as described or the product is faulty (unfit for purpose or unsatisfactory quality)
13a Every order is carefully checked and packed by our team onsite but if you do receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please email us at hello@chapterorganics.com as soon as possible so that we can put everything right within 1 week for items damaged in transit.
13 b If you believe an item to be faulty, please return this to us and for review within 30 days of purhcase. Our Production Team will carefully review this over a number of days and we will exchange or refund a faulty product within 30 days of contact and offer an alternative or within 30 days.
14. If you bought the product from one of our stockists please contact them directly.
