The Chapter Insiders

The Chapter Insiders is a little different. It's a small, evolving group of our most engaged customers. You can still collect points through our NEW Rewards Programme, but The Chapter Insiders is something more personal. A little way for us to give back to the people who continue to support Chapter and make them feel extra special.

Membership isn't necessarily forever. As your relationship with Chapter changes, you may move in or out of the club, making space for others to join along the way. But of course, we truly hope you stick with us!

A few little things to know

Membership

• Membership is complimentary and by invitation only.

• The Chapter Insiders is a dynamic group, and membership is reviewed periodically based on customer engagement and shopping activity.

• Membership is not guaranteed indefinitely, and we may add or remove members at our discretion.

• There's no minimum spend or purchase commitment required to join.

• Membership and its associated benefits are personal to you and cannot be transferred to someone else.

Exclusive offers & benefits

• From time to time, we'll share exclusive offers, complimentary gifts, early access, special invitations and other little extras.

• All offers and benefits are subject to availability and may have their own individual terms and conditions.

• Offers are time-limited, and the closing date will always be communicated. Unfortunately, we can't extend offers once they've expired.

• Unless otherwise stated, Insiders offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions

• Complimentary gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative products or Rewards Points.

• Where gifts are offered with a purchase, the qualifying purchase must meet the conditions stated in the offer.

• Complimentary gifts are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute a gift with an alternative of equivalent or greater value if necessary.

A few other details

• The Chapter Insiders is separate from our Rewards Programme. You can continue earning and redeeming points in accordance with the Rewards Programme terms.

• We may occasionally change the benefits, offers or structure of The Chapter Insiders as the club evolves.

• We reserve the right to amend or discontinue The Chapter Insiders, and we'll communicate any significant changes to members.

Most importantly, The Chapter Insiders is simply our way of saying thank you. We hope you love being part of it as much as we love having you here.

With love,

Charlotte & The Chapter Team
