I fell in love with how Aromatherapy made me feel nearly 8 years ago after having my small children and started my story of taking better care of
myself more naturally. I was struggling to rest and relax juggling a busy job, home and family life and I noticed many of my friends were feeling the same.

Our Story
I began creating our Chapter Blends at my kitchen table, pouring and
blending natural botanical and plant extracts into healing and therapeutic
blends that represented our modern day struggles. Each one named according to
their wellbeing benefits to support overthinking, anxiety, stress, confidence
and self esteem. Soon our community grew from a few friends to hotels,
restaurants, interior stores and a busy online Business.
Since then we’ve outgrown 3 Studios and now manufacture our small batch
blends in our Yorkshire Studio. Our multi- award winning Aromatherapy Blends
represent a Chapter in your Story. A blend to help you reconnect to yourself
and to inspire you to slow down and start a new story with rest.
